Monica RogersWe've used Patrick at OGMA as our broker twice - once when we purchased our house in 2021, and just recently when we refinanced as our fixed rate was ending. Both times his service has been excellent. The purchase in 2021 was quite complicated as our loan pre-approval (that we had organised separately ourselves) was unexpectedly rejected after purchase and Patrick had to hurriedly find us new lender options, which he was very successful with. Similarly when I approached him a couple of months ago about refinancing to another lender, he, Rebecca and the team made the process as easy as it could possibly be.
